Our Commitment to Sustainability
Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. We believe that caring for nature starts with understanding it. Our rewilding efforts start with mapping species and collecting detailed data. This is closely tied to our food practices, since the same land that supports our bees, olives, and sheep is part of the ecosystem we are learning to care for.

Covering over 90 hectares of land, we focus on:
- Producing resin from certified wild pine trees
- Partnering with local wildlife associations for monitorization and conservation of local species
- Working with local honey producers for sustaining 40+ beehives
- Fostering traditional sheep shepardding for Serra Cheese production
Informing guests about sustainable practices - Building detailed sustainability metrics and regular reports
